Team India, the supreme as we look at the ranking and rating of the best batting lineup of all 10 teams for the ICC ODI World Cup (CWC) 2023.
Round 1 of ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 has been concluded, and we have already witnessed some scintillating games of cricket from the participating 10 teams. Numerous records are already being broken, but the standout of all has been the World Record by South Africa of achieving the highest ODI score in World Cup history.
Team India too have begun their 2023 World Cup campaign with a thumping win over Australia. After restricting Australia to a meager 199, India’s chase was a replica of the 2019 World Cup where they were restricted to 5/3. Thankfully, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul’s champion knocks helped India overcome the Australian bowling attack.
With every team having played at least one match, we now know the first-choice batting lineup of all 10 teams. With that information, it makes for an interesting analysis to find out which team has the best batting lineup on paper for the ICC Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2023. But how do we compare the teams basis their best first-choice batting lineup?
Well, to arrive at the ranking, we will look at the top 7 best batters from each team.
