In what will be the return of Test cricket at home for Team India after a gap of almost 7 months, Bangladesh are touring India for a 2-match Test and 3-match T20 series starting September 19. The Test series, which is a part of the ICC World Test Championship will feature India and Bangladesh playing two Test matches with one being in Chennai, and the other match being played in Kanpur.
Historically, Bangladesh have never beaten India in a Test match. Overall, India have a healthy 11-0 record over Bangladesh in Test matches with two matches ending in a Draw.
